EVO II Pro experience

I ordered the EVO II Pro with a Care Drone Protection Plan. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found everything easily. Delivery took 6 days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated window. The drone itself was well-packaged. I've used it a few times now, and the camera quality is impressive. I had a quick question about activating the protection plan, and customer support answered my email in about 24 hours, which was reasonable. The controller feels sturdy, and the drone handles well. No major issues.

EVO Lite+ purchase and support

I ordered the EVO Lite+ a few weeks ago after a lot of research. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I just picked the bundle I wanted and checked out. It shipped out from their California warehouse and took 4 days to reach Austin, which was pretty good. Unpacking it, everything was well protected. Setting up the drone and the Autel Sky App was mostly intuitive, but I did have a small question about the pre-flight calibration. I used their online chat support, and the agent was helpful and quick to respond, guiding me through it. The drone itself flies really well; the camera quality on the Lite+ is sharp, exceeding my expectations for the price point. Battery life is as advertised, and the controls feel precise. Overall, a solid experience from order to first flight.

Love my new EVO Nano+!

Got my EVO Nano+ last week, and it's fantastic! The size is perfect, and the video quality is surprisingly good for such a small drone. It arrived super fast, like 3 days after I ordered it. I've already flown it a few times, and it's so easy to use. I'm definitely going to get some extra batteries soon. Will totally shop here again!

Quick Propeller Order

Needed new Propellers for my EVO II Pro. Found them easily on the site. Checkout was fast. Shipped quickly. Arrived in 3 days. Exactly what I needed. No issues at all.

Got a new Smart Controller

So I finally bit the bullet and got the Smart Controller for my EVO II Dual 640T. My old phone was just too small, ya know? The website was easy to navigate to find it. Shipping was pretty quick, got here in like 5 days. Pairing it up with the drone was no biggie, just followed the instructions. It makes a huge difference flying now, way more screen real estate. Really happy with it, makes flying a lot more fun.

Good deal on EVO Lite

I was looking for a decent drone and finally decided on the EVO Lite. I got it during a holiday sale, which saved me a good bit, almost $200 off the regular price. It felt like a solid purchase for the money. Shipping was free too, which always helps with the budget. Overall, I think I got good value.

Good controller, fast delivery

I ordered the Smart Controller last week, it shipped out fast and got to me in 3 days. My previous order was an EVO II Pro and that also arrived quickly. This controller works great with it. The only thing is I wish it came with a screen protector pre-applied, but no big deal. Always a reliable experience with Autel Robotics.

EVO Lite+ was a good buy

Got an EVO Lite+ drone a bit ago, just for fun really. Saw some videos and figured I'd try it out. It was easy enough to set up with the Autel Sky App. Took me a minute to get the hang of flying, but it's pretty stable. The camera is decent, takes some nice shots. Shipping took about a week, which felt a little long, but it got here safe. Overall, I'm happy with it.
